Display Diagnostics
A Samsung fridge's digital display is a built-in diagnostic tool — error codes and blink patterns point directly to the failed stage. We read those codes, confirm them with live sensor and board measurements, and fix the underlying fault rather than just clearing the code.

The Service
Samsung fridges report faults through the display and through the inverter board's blink code. Error 21 and 22 typically relate to defrost and fridge sensors; error 88 often indicates a communication or PCB fault; a blinking display can flag a sensor out of range.
We never just reset a code. We confirm the fault with measurements — sensor resistance, board voltages, compressor drive signal — so the code doesn't return the next day.
Diagnostic Approach
We read the display code and the inverter board blink pattern, then confirm with live measurements — sensor resistance against Samsung's curve, PCB supply voltages, and the compressor drive signal — before condemning any part.
When to call: Book as soon as a code recurs after a power cycle — a recurring code means a real fault, and ignoring it risks the component the code is protecting.
The Repair Process
Read the display error code and inverter board blink pattern
Confirm with live sensor and board measurements
Identify the exact failed sensor, board or harness
Replace or repair the failed component
Clear stored fault codes and verify they don't return
Error 21 typically points to a defrost sensor or defrost system fault. We confirm with a forced defrost cycle and sensor resistance test before replacing any part.
